Quarterly Report to Congress
This report describes 1) the various TARP programs and how Treasury has used those programs through September 30, 2009; 2) what ratings agencies do and their role in the market, in Governmental decisions, and in TARP; and (3) what SIGTARP has done to oversee the various TARP programs since its July Quarterly Report. The report also makes new recommendations, and provide updates on past recommendations.
